Scott Weber

Mr. Weber was appointed Director-General of Interpeace in 2005 by the then-Chairman (2000-2009) of the Governing Council, Martti Ahtisaari. In 2010, Mr. Weber’s contract was renewed for a second 5-year term. Mr. Weber has previously served as Special Assistant to the Executive Director and Programme Officer for Rwanda at WSP International (Predecessor of Interpeace), Political Officer, Office of the Director-General at UN Office at Geneva and Junior Officer, Disaster Reduction at OCHA/IDNDR.
