Marc Otte
Marc Otte was the EUSR for the Middle East peace process from July 2003 to February 2011. Prior to this, he was adviser to High Representative Javier Solana on European Security and Defence Policy.
He is a former Belgian Ambassador to Israel, former Consul General of Belgium to Los Angeles, former director of disarmament and security policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and former Special Adviser of Javier Solana.
