Katia Papagianni
Katia Papagianni heads the HD Centre’s Mediation Support Programme. Before joining the HD Centre, she worked for the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the UNDP. Her work has focused on political transitions, power-sharing in mediation efforts, constitution-making processes and dialogue facilitation. Her field experience includes work for the National Democratic Institute in Russia, the OSCE in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the UN in Iraq. She has taught issues relating to peace- and state-building at Columbia University and the Geneva Graduate Institute of International Studies.
